I didn’t write this memoir so you would only see my before and after. I wrote it because I wanted to share the part of me that was hidden for so long the part that had to heal, forgive, rebuild, and finally choose herself.

To every woman reading this: you are far too valuable to keep shrinking yourself for people, places, or expectations that were never meant to hold you. Stop dimming your light. Stop questioning your worth. Stop settling for less than the life you know you’re capable of living.

Choosing yourself isn’t selfish it is the beginning of every healthy relationship, every bold decision, every dream pursued, and every boundary respected. It all starts in your mind, with the decision that you deserve peace, joy, healing, and more.

Women are one of God’s most beautiful creations. We carry life, nurture others, and often bear invisible burdens with incredible strength. Today, I simply want to honor you.
